~ Pastor Josh Blanchard ~

| Our pastor is The Rev’d Josheua E. Blanchard. He is married to Amanda (Spencer) Blanchard of Sallisaw. OK and has three young boys; Gabriel (5), Hayden (3), and Rowan (2). He was appointed to our church by Bishop Robert Hayes in June of 2009. He is a native Detroiter and moved to Oklahoma four years ago. He has served as pastor at three different Disciples of Christ churches, one in Ft. Worth Texas, the other in Danville, Ill and the last in Ridgeway, Ontario, Canada. Since coming to Oklahoma he has served United Methodist Churches and agencies. He served as the Coordinator for After Care Services at the United Methodist Boys Ranch in Gore, Ok and as the Associate Pastor for Children and Youth Ministries at First United Methodist Church of Sallisaw, OK. He has a B.A in Church Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, in Waxahachie, TX and is completing a Master of Divinity from Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, OK. He says he is very excited to serve as our pastor and is greatly encouraged about what God is doing and going to do in Beggs. He is also appointed as the Pastor at the Schulter United Methodist Church in Schulter, Ok.
